XP/RP poppers!

Would it be possible to to keep hold of your xp/rp poppers if someone decides to quit a race halfway through?

Example: I started a 10 lapper on England hoping for a few thousand of each,some clown quits the race half way through the first lap,i get a measly 800.

I think it never will be happen, because :

1) This issues happen not very often, for 100 races i had only a few guys-leavers.
2) If make this, some gyus will be exploite this - by creating multi-accounts and race with them.
When they finish 95% of race, they will quit this account, and the doublers will no waste. I thnik it will be funny, when you making a lot of money using only 1 doubler smile
