Intel graphics? try DX8 but if its only arena and not ingames i wouldnt stress over it

The issue is 2gb ram with 256mb shared video memory on a intel chipset. The intel graphics dont like heat very much, have you tried setting your DX to DX8 ?
You have win7 32bit and I think it needs 1gb ram just to run, plus 256mb from video card, and any other programs you have running in the back ground. then heat uses 768mb of ram or more! You dont meet the min specs to run heat that is why you lag and the intel graphics is what screw up your screen because intel graphics arent supported.

Você tem win7 32bit e eu acho que precisa de 1GB de RAM só para correr, além de 256MB de placa de vídeo, e quaisquer outros programas que estejam em execução no terreno de volta. então o calor usa 768MB de RAM ou mais! Você não querem te conhecer as especificações min para executar o calor é por isso que você lag e gráficos Intel é o que estragar a tela porque Intel Graphics Arent suportado.

Did you fly off the map from jumping to high? Did you hit the ground really hard and keep falling?

I have a system with an 8400 GS 512MB, DX 9 texture detail all the way up all others down, , running 1290X1024 is, meh OK but 1024X768 better, 60 FPS, it did have 2GB, now 3 no diff, the CPU Ath 64 4600+ X2 2.3 GH is better but that don't explain GFX issue.
