Please try to remember that the game is to have fun. Unfortunately, there are opportunities that certain players like to exploit. Invictus intends to cease any improper behavior, and maintain order, in game and on forums for the good of the community.


Rules of the community
Every player of the game or user of the forum have to follow these rules in HEAT Online AND on the forums of heatonline.com.

1. Do not use offensive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language or pictures.

2. Do not post pictures, topics or comments of national, political, religious, sexual or ethnic nature.

3. Do not make any false representation, including impersonation of any person or entity or misrepresentation of your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Do not attack Invictus staff or GSs.

5. No powerposting, spamming, bumping and flaming.

6. No hatespeech, trash-talk or degrading nicknames.

7. Do not promote or discuss competing products.

8. Do not post cheats.

9. Do not ignore or violate direct instructions of a Game Sage or a Game Master

Invictus Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify or update these rules at will. Furthermore, Invictus Ltd. reserves the right to remove any forum posts or block/ban forum users at will.

In HEAT Online and on the official website, our Game Sages and our Game Masters uphold the rules.

Penalties for breaking the rules

1. Warning for minor offenses like:

* Begging players, Game Sages, or Game Masters for free items.
* Foul language.
* Using inappropriate nicknames


2. Deleting, editing posts or threads, mute in chat, ban from forum or ban from the game (1-7 days) for offenses like:

* Repeating abuse
* Spamming, flooding
* Advertising/promoting of other racing games
* Hatespeech, trash-talk, degrading nicknames, bullying
* Violating or ignoring GSs’ or GMs’ instructions
* Intentionally hitting other players in VS and Thunder Alley
* Driving in circles in Drift rooms. (farming)
* Camping the flag in CTF
* Wallriding (exploiting the wall to gain position or speed) (farming in TA, "Brick on the Pedal")
*Ghost/Side Drafting in TA
*repeatingly exccesive leeching

3.Mute, ban from forum and ban from the game (7-30 days) for serious offenses, like

* Repeating abuse
* Extreme farming
* Exploiting
* Promoting cheats or exploits
* Attacking or threatening the community of HEAT Online, the Game Masters, the Game Sages or Invictus Ltd.


4.Disabling account and ban from Game for severe offenses:

* Repeating abuse
* Lending accounts or using someone else’s account
* Using multiple accounts to Farm RP/XP or to deceive others
* racism, foreigners hostilities
* Using Hacks/Cheats/Exploits to gain CP (in game currency)

Penalties for breaking the rules on the forums

    * Repeating abuse
    * Spamming, flooding, flaming, powerposting
    * Advertising/promoting of other racing games
    * Hatespeech, trash-talk, degrading nicknames, bullying
    * Violating or ignoring GSs’ or GMs’ instructions


    3. Deleting, editing posts or threads, and/or ban from forum (7-30 days) for serious offenses, like

    * Repeating abuse
    * Posting/promoting cheats or exploits
    * Attacking or threatening the community of HEAT Online, the Game Masters, the Game Sages or Invictus Ltd.


    4. Disabling account and ban from forum for severe offenses:

    * Repeating abuse
    * Lending accounts or using another players account
    * Using multiple accounts to Farm XP/RP or to deceive others.
    ** racism, foreigners hostilities

If you have witnessed a violation of our Rules of Conduct, please send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , to subject write REPORT ABUSE.
All reports must contain unequivocal evidence of the abuse such as screenshots, videos or replays.

We ask you not to post reports publicly on the forum. Public accusations (rightful or not) will be deleted.

Please do not send reports in private messages in game or on forums to Game Sages or Game Masters.

Invictus is not liable for responding nor complying with reports if they are found unsubstantiated.

If a report offers proof of an abuse, the abuser gets one of the penalties listed above (see section 'Penalties for breaking the rules').
